Job Objective

  • Plan, manage, and execute digital advertising campaigns to achieve the company's marketing goals, increase brand awareness, attract potential customers, and improve return on ad spend through continuous performance analysis and campaign development.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.).
  • Identify target audiences and develop appropriate strategies for each campaign.
  • Manage campaign budgets and monitor spending to achieve best ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare periodic reports.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve reach, conversion rates, and reduce cost per acquisition.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to prepare appropriate advertising materials.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance.
  • Stay updated on latest updates and trends in digital advertising platforms and apply best practices.
  • Prepare periodic reports including KPIs and development recommendations.
  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital advertising campaign management.
  • Preference for experience in multi platform campaign management.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze data and read KPIs.
  • Reporting and results analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
  • Planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
