Job Overview

  • Hulul is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to contribute to business growth in operations, maintenance, and workforce supply services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search for potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
  • Present and pitch company services professionally to clients.
  • Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Conduct periodic visits and meetings with clients as needed.
  • Achieve defined KPIs and sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure efficient project and contract execution.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of sales experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in the field and achieve sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience in real estate (marketing, sales, or brokerage).
  • Proactive personality with ability to build long term client relationships.
