Job Summary
Arena Fitness is seeking a customer-focused, sales-driven Member Experience Crew professional in Riyadh.
The role combines membership sales, customer service, front desk operations, and administration.
The position supports membership revenue, renewals, retention, and a welcoming club environment.
Sales and Retention
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, community outreach, and field visits.
- Convert prospects through consultations, needs assessments, club tours, and follow-up.
- Promote memberships, payment plans, club services, personal training, MyZone products, and retail items.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while managing renewals, upgrades, referrals, and retention.
Front Desk and Club Operations
- Welcome members and visitors and manage reception operations during assigned shifts.
- Respond to inquiries, assist walk-in visitors, and support club communications and engagement activities.
- Conduct floor walk-throughs, maintain club standards, support opening and closing, and report concerns.
Complaints and Administration
- Handle complaints professionally, escalate unresolved issues, and maintain accurate complaint records.
- Process cash and card payments, issue receipts and refunds, and maintain transaction records.
- Complete registrations, renewals, system updates, member records, and required meetings and training.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales-oriented customer service skills are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities is required.
- Microsoft Office and basic computer proficiency are required.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
