About the Role
The Pilates Coach will join the team in Jeddah and deliver safe, engaging, and effective Pilates sessions.
The role supports members in improving strength, flexibility, mobility, posture, and overall physical well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Reformer and Mat Pilates sessions and demonstrate Pilates techniques clearly.
- Adapt exercises to different fitness levels, abilities, and individual needs.
- Ensure proper form, alignment, breathing, and safe equipment use.
- Create a welcoming environment, monitor progress, and provide guidance and feedback.
- Build member relationships, maintain a clean and safe training environment, and stay current on Pilates practices.
- Conduct group classes, personal training sessions, fitness assessments, and member inductions as required.
Requirements
- Certified Pilates Instructor or Coach qualification.
- Previous experience teaching Pilates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Professional, energetic, and member-focused approach.
Working Schedule
- Work six days per week for eight hours per day.
