Job Summary
Support the HR Operations function through day-to-day HR administration, employee records management, and HR processes on Saudi government platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records, documents, and HR databases.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, transfers, contracts, renewals, and other employee processes.
- Handle HR transactions through Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and other relevant platforms.
- Follow up on visas, work permits, and residency-related processes when required.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and internal departments on HR requests.
- Maintain confidentiality and complete HR processes accurately within required timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of HR experience, preferably in HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
