Role Description
- The Sales Specialist role is a full time role based in Dubai, responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, presenting Awriri’s solutions to medical professionals, and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations, follow up on inquiries, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Meet sales targets, collaborate with marketing and customer success teams, provide feedback on market needs, and support clients through onboarding and basic product training.
- Regular in person and remote meetings with potential and existing customers to build strong, long term relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to present solutions clearly, negotiate terms, and build trust with healthcare clients.
- Customer service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Sales skills to prospect, qualify leads, manage pipelines, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Sales management and training skills to support onboarding, guide clients on using the platform, and contribute to improving sales processes.
- Experience selling software, digital solutions, or health tech products is essential.
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector in the UAE is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM tools are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
