Responsibilities
- Build and maintain referral relationships with paediatricians, developmental paediatricians, child neurologists, and other healthcare professionals
- Develop partnerships with hospitals, medical centres, polyclinics, and specialist practices
- Visit schools, nurseries, early learning centres, and inclusion departments to promote therapy services
- Arrange meetings, presentations, workshops, and educational events for healthcare professionals and educators
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across Dubai
- Represent Adaptive Choice at networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and community initiatives
- Maintain a structured pipeline of referral partners using the company's CRM
- Work closely with clinical and administration teams to ensure a seamless referral experience
- Prepare weekly activity reports and monthly business development performance reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare business development, medical sales, or referral marketing within the UAE
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Self motivated with a proactive and results driven approach
- Professional English communication skills
- Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred

About Adaptive Choice
- Adaptive Choice is a growing multidisciplinary paediatric therapy centre providing Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, ABA Therapy, and Psychology services in Dubai.
- We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Referral Specialist to grow our referral network and establish strong partnerships.
About the Role
- This is a field based business development role focused on building long term professional relationships that generate sustainable referrals.
- You will represent Adaptive Choice across Dubai, meeting with healthcare professionals, educational institutions, and community organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain referral relationships with paediatricians, developmental paediatricians, child neurologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, ENT specialists, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop partnerships with hospitals, medical centres, polyclinics, and specialist practices.
- Visit schools, nurseries, early learning centres, and inclusion departments to promote our therapy services.
- Arrange meetings, presentations, workshops, and educational events for healthcare professionals and educators.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across Dubai.
- Represent Adaptive Choice at networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and community initiatives.
- Maintain a structured pipeline of referral partners using the company's CRM.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare business development, medical sales, or referral marketing within the UAE.
- Existing relationships within Dubai's healthcare or education sector will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Self motivated with a proactive and results driven approach.
- Professional English communication skills. Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.
