Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in behavior support, including implementing behavior plans, observing and recording behaviors, and applying positive behavior strategies
- Experience in direct client support, including personal care assistance, mobility support, and facilitating community engagement activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining accurate records and managing time effectively
- Relevant qualification in psychology, social work, counseling, disability support, aged care, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of person centered practice, safeguarding principles, and ethical standards in disability and aged care settings
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, including flexibility for rotating shifts
- Previous experience in disability, mental health, or aged care support is highly desirable
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage

Role Description
- Full time, on site role based in Dubai, providing direct support to individuals with disability and older adults.
