Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide supportive care and implement behavior support plans
- Knowledge or experience in disability support, aged care, or mental health services
- Organizational and record keeping skills
- Relevant qualification or training in psychology, social work, counseling, disability support, aged care, or related field
- Ability to work on site in Dubai with part time flexibility
- Commitment to non discriminatory practice and safeguarding
- First Aid and CPR certification (highly beneficial)

Role Description
- Support individuals with disabilities and older adults by implementing behavior support plans.
