About the Role

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
- 5+ years of direct, quota carrying sales experience in security solutions (cybersecurity and/or physical security)
- At least 3 years selling into the UAE market
- OEM sales certifications relevant to security portfolio (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto Networks Sales Professional, etc.)
- Proven track record as a hunter generating and closing net new opportunities

Job Purpose
- Drive new business growth for the Security Business Unit across the UAE as a frontline hunter.
- Open doors into target accounts, lead customer discussions, diagnose security pain points and position the right solutions.
- Build and execute a territory sales strategy that delivers AED 20 million in security solution revenue for FY2027.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent commercial/sales qualification is an advantage.
Capabilities
- OEM sales certifications relevant to the security portfolio (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto Networks Sales Professional, Cisco Security Sales Specialist, CrowdStrike Sales Accreditation, Zscaler Sales Certification, or Microsoft Security Sales certification).
- Working knowledge of security solution domains — network and cloud security, Zero Trust, SOC/MDR, endpoint security, PAM.
- Strong consultative and solution selling skills.
- Skilled at relationship management across customers, OEMs and distributors.
Experience
- 5+ years of direct, quota carrying sales experience in security solutions (cybersecurity and/or physical security), with at least 3 years selling into the UAE market.
- Demonstrated existing connects with UAE end customers, and active working relationships with security OEMs and distributors.
- Proven track record as a hunter, generating and closing net new opportunities.
- Experience building and executing a territory or account sales strategy against a revenue target.
Responsibilities

- Maintain and grow relationships with security OEM partners to source leads, joint opportunities and co selling support.
- Work closely with distributors to extend market reach, manage the channel pipeline and ensure smooth deal execution.
- Build and execute a sales strategy and territory plan designed to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Drive security specific solution sales from first conversation through to closed revenue.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and provide regular forecasts and updates to sales leadership.
Technical Skills / Competencies
- Consultative and solution selling — ability to uncover customer business requirements and position tailored security solutions.
- OEM and distributor relationship management — ability to mobilise partner relationships for leads, co selling and channel execution.
- Pipeline generation and account planning — ability to build and work a hunting pipeline against a revenue target.
- Security domain knowledge — working understanding of relevant security solution areas (network/cloud security, Zero Trust, SOC/MDR, endpoint, PAM).
- Negotiation and deal management — ability to structure and close commercial deals.
- Communication and executive presence — confident leading discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Forecasting and CRM discipline — accurate, up to date pipeline and forecast reporting.
