About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities across multiple technical and operational workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and follow up management across Customer teams, Infra teams, Security teams, OEMs, Operations, and Project teams.
- Track project tasks, dependencies, risks, action items, and governance updates.
- Coordinate ITSM activities with strong focus on Change Management processes (CRQ/RFC/CAB coordination).
- Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, trackers, MOMs, and status presentations.
- Support deployment coordination, governance meetings, approvals, and implementation activities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering.
- 5 7 years of experience.
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
- Strong hands on experience in ITSM processes, especially Change Management.
- Ability to work in fast paced environments and manage multiple parallel follow ups effectively.
- Experience working on IT Infrastructure / Cyber Security projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and strong communication skills.
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification – Mandatory.

- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification – Mandatory.
