- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Solar PV, rooftop solar, C&I, and renewable energy projects
- Generate leads through networking, client visits, referrals, and market research
- Conduct client presentations and explain technical and commercial benefits of solar solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, ROI calculations, and energy saving analyses
- Coordinate with engineering and EPC teams for technical feasibility and project execution
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, facility managers, and corporate clients
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and government regulations related to renewable energy
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in Solar PV sales, renewable energy sales, or EPC business development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE/GCC market
- Knowledge of Solar PV systems, rooftop and utility scale projects, net metering, and energy efficiency concepts
- Understanding of solar financial models (ROI, payback, LCOE)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a results driven Solar PV Sales Expert to drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing solar energy opportunities across commercial, industrial, and utility scale sectors.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, EPC solutions, energy savings models, and client relationship management.
