Job Description: Sales /Shop /Retail Assistant – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Shop Retail Assistant to join our retail team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily retail operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Help customers select products and provide accurate information on features and pricing
- Support sales activities and work towards achieving store targets
- Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and arranging stock deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and overall store presentation
- Support cashiering activities when required
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints efficiently
- Follow company policies and ensure compliance with UAE regulations for alcohol sales
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in beverages, FMCG, or supermarket retail
- Familiarity with UAE retail practices and standards.
