Job Description: Retail Manager – Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to oversee the operations of our retail outlet in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing day-to-day store activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations, including sales performance, inventory control, and staff supervision
- Lead, motivate, and train the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations related to the sale of alcoholic beverages
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain optimal inventory
- Implement promotional activities and merchandising strategies to maximize revenue
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain store standards in line with company policies and brand image
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in beverages or FMCG sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of UAE retail and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
