Job Description: Marketing Executive – Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives for our retail and distribution operations in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in brand promotion, campaign execution, and driving customer engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products, offers, and brand visibility
  • Coordinate with retail outlets and sales teams to implement in-store promotions and activations
  • Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor performance
  • Assist in organizing events, product launches, and promotional activities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with UAE regulations and company guidelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail, FMCG, or beverages industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and creative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in alcoholic beverages or hospitality sector is an advantage
  • Knowledge of UAE market trends and consumer behavior
  • Basic skills in photography, videography, or content creation.
