Working 5 days: Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm

Speak with customers on the phone, helping them understand and choose the right cover

Follow scripts and call flows while learning how to guide real conversations confidently

Read and interpret policy information in real time, explaining cover and costs clearly

Work towards sales and performance targets while building strong sales habits

Work across systems including online quoting tools

Receive regular coaching and feedback, and use it to build confidence and capability over time

Motivated by hitting targets and improving your results

Follow structure and scripts clearly and compliantly

Reset quickly between calls, even when one doesn’t land

Take coaching seriously and apply it appropriately

Back yourself to close when all objections have been handled

Completed Youi's 6-month probation period
