Key skills for this role
Troubleshooting and resolving a mix of Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues across hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and endpoint technologies.
Acting as a senior escalation point for more complex incidents and service requests that require deeper investigation.
Supporting Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Teams, device management and user access administration.
Identifying recurring issues, analysing ticket trends and contributing ideas that improve systems, processes or automation.
Sharing knowledge with teammates and helping lift capability across the Service Desk through coaching and guidance.
Supporting technology projects, new system implementations and business initiatives to ensure support readiness.
You're already bringing around seven years' experience in a Service Desk, Helpdesk or IT Support environment and can confidently manage complex technical issues.
You know how to diagnose problems methodically, balancing technical investigation with clear communication for non-technical users.
You take ownership from start to finish, keeping stakeholders informed and following through on commitments.
You look beyond the immediate fix, identifying opportunities to improve processes, automate repetitive tasks or prevent future issues.
You're someone people trust, building strong relationships across the business while contributing positively to the team.
