Sales Representative – Join PurpleBox Storage in Al Quoz, Dubai

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads from phone calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries, and walk-in customers
• Explain PurpleBox Storage services, unit sizes, pricing, promotions, and rental terms
• Help customers choose the right storage unit based on their needs
• Follow up with potential customers and close sales in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer activity in the CRM system
• Prepare quotations and assist customers with onboarding and move-in process
• Coordinate with operations staff to ensure smooth customer move-ins and move-outs
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their rental period
• Support upselling of additional products and services such as packing supplies, locks, insurance, and moving assistance
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to occupancy growth
• Monitor customer feedback and report market trends or competitor activity to management

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead conversion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling sales over phone, WhatsApp, and in person
• Strong follow-up and closing skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads at once
• Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and email
• Professional appearance and attitude
• English fluency required; Arabic is a plus
• Previous experience in self-storage, real estate, leasing, hospitality, or retail sales is an advantage
