- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Explain company services, packages, and pricing to potential clients
- Generate new sales opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests efficiently
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and other sales related documentation
- Accurately update customer information and sales records in the company system
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Promote company services through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk in inquiries
- Stay informed about company services, industry developments, and market trends
- Assist management in preparing sales reports and collecting customer feedback
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (UAE experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Arabic language required
