Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Manage petty cash, including disbursements, reconciliations, and accurate recordkeeping
- Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions accurately and timely
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all accounting records are up to date
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Process payroll and ensure accurate employee payments
- Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and company financial performance
- Assist with audits and provide required financial documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience (UAE preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, VAT, and UAE financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, ERP systems, or similar)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience handling full cycle accounting independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent) is an advantage

Job Summary
- Almousl for Domestic Workers Services is seeking an experienced and detail oriented Accountant to join our team in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, preparing financial reports, and overseeing all accounting activities.
