Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional assistance in person, by phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding domestic worker recruitment services
- Handle customer complaints, concerns, and service requests in a professional manner
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive relationships
- Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company system
- Schedule appointments, consultations, and customer meetings as required
- Provide customers with updates regarding recruitment progress and service status
- Assist in preparing customer related documents, contracts, and service agreements
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary
- Support customer retention initiatives and contribute to improving service quality
- Collect customer feedback and assist management in identifying areas for improvement
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
