Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, distributors, and building material traders
- Promote and sell tile trims, metal profiles, expansion joints, skirting profiles, stair nosings, and related construction finishing products
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits and networking
- Conduct product presentations and provide technical guidance to clients
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up to secure orders
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and payment collection
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- UAE sales experience in building materials, construction products, architectural finishes, metal profiles, tile accessories, or related industries preferred
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and provide solutions
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of working independently
