Responsibilities
- Promote and sell architectural profiles and finishing products including tile trim, expansion joints, stair nosing, and tactile paving
- Develop new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, developers, and building material traders
- Visit project sites and customer offices regularly to generate enquiries and specifications
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales
- Follow up on enquiries, tenders, and pending orders until completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the client base
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare regular sales reports, visit reports, and sales forecasts
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in sales of architectural profiles, tile accessories, construction materials, or related building materials
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Engineering background preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and fit out market
- Existing network with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and project developers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and result oriented Sales Officer to promote and sell our range of architectural and construction finishing products across the UAE market.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong technical sales knowledge, an established customer network, and the ability to generate new business while maintaining long term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's range of architectural profiles and finishing products, including Tile Trim Profiles, Tile Profiles, Expansion Joints, Movement Joints, Stair Nosing, Skirting Profiles, Corner Protection Profiles, Decorative Grooves, Landscape Profiles, and Tactile Paving Products.
- Develop new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, developers, and building material traders.
- Visit project sites and customer offices regularly to generate enquiries and specifications.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales.
- Follow up on enquiries, tenders, and pending orders until completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the client base.
