About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis
- Manage day to day accounting functions including AP, AR, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, Corporate Tax requirements, and other statutory regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits
- Assist management in financial planning and budgeting exercises
- Support project costing, profitability analysis, and feasibility studies
- Mentor and support junior finance and accounting team members
Requirements
- CA (Chartered Accountant) – Fresher or CPA Qualified
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Job Title
- Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop and maintain internal MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Monitor key financial KPIs and ensure timely reporting to management.
- Manage day to day accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations.
- Ensure accounting records are maintained in accordance with IFRS and UAE accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Oversee invoicing, vendor payments, and customer collections.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
- Perform inter company reconciliations and accounting entries.
- Ensure accurate month end and year end closing activities.
Qualifications
- CA (Chartered Accountant) – Fresher or CPA Qualified.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP/Accounting software is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Employment Details
- Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (Based on qualification and experience).
