WE ARE HIRING: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Heavy Equipment Rental & Sales – Cranes / Rotary Drilling Rigs / Crawler Cranes / Oil & Gas
Gulf Gear Heavy Equipment LLC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
We specialize in heavy equipment rental, including mobile cranes, rotary drilling rigs, crawler cranes, and other heavy machinery, serving the Oil & Gas, ADNOC, EPC, construction, piling, foundation, lifting, and infrastructure sectors.
We are looking for sales professionals who already have strong industry connections and can bring new customers, projects, and revenue to the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with ADNOC contractors, EPC companies, main contractors, subcontractors, oilfield companies, piling/foundation contractors, and other major equipment users.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for heavy equipment rental and sales.
- Promote and rent out mobile cranes, crawler cranes, rotary drilling rigs, and other heavy equipment.
- Conduct regular customer visits and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on tenders and projects.
- Monitor upcoming projects and identify equipment requirements.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, project managers, and equipment coordinators.
- Coordinate with the operations and commercial teams to ensure equipment availability and successful project execution.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection of customer accounts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and equipment-utilization targets.
