🚨 Job Opening | Accountant
Company: اكنان البناء للتطوير العقاري
Location: الرياض
We are looking for an Accountant with at least two years of experience in the accounting field, preferably with expertise in the real estate development sector, and familiarity with tax systems related to real estate transactions such as property transfer tax and value-added tax, to ensure full regulatory compliance for the financial and real estate operations.
Conditions
- Experience in the accounting field of no less than two years
- Good knowledge of tax systems related to the real estate sector (property transfer tax, value-added tax, zakat)
- Ability to prepare accounting entries and monthly and year-end adjustments
- Experience in preparing financial reports and tax declarations
- Proficiency in using Odoo accounting system
- High accuracy, good organization, and ability to work under pressure
