Role Description
This is a part-time remote Sales Representative role focused on real estate sales and long-term client relationships.
The role supports clients through virtual sales activities, property information, proposals, and responsive communication.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and conduct virtual meetings and presentations.
- Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and digital channels.
- Prepare basic proposals and share property information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate listings.
- Update CRM and sales tracking tools while following company sales processes.
- Support marketing initiatives and provide client and market feedback.
- Help refine real estate offerings and sales strategies through customer and market insights.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling skills are required.
- Remote sales experience using digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms is required.
- Strong communication skills and English proficiency are required.
- Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Basic understanding of real estate concepts, property value drivers, and market trends is required.
- Professionalism, integrity, organization, time management, and independent work ability are required.
- Data entry, documentation, and accurate sales record maintenance are required.
- Previous sales, real estate, or customer-facing experience is preferred.
