Role Overview
The position is a target-driven call center sales role supporting cleaning, technical services, or facility management offerings.
The role reports to a Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Explain services, pricing, and benefits clearly.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Record calls, leads, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
- Handle objections, close sales, and coordinate service delivery with operations.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and complaints.
Requirements
- At least one year of outbound calling, BPO, or telesales experience.
- Experience or working knowledge of cleaning services, technical services, or facility management.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer skills using CRM, Excel, and email.
