Role Overview
DCS Cleaning Services is seeking an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator for its Operations Department.
The role supports daily operations, client and site-team coordination, service delivery, reporting, and service quality.
Experience Required
- Minimum one to two years of experience is stated for operations coordination, home maintenance, or the cleaning services industry.
- Experience in cleaning services, facility management, or manpower services is preferred.
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate daily activities between operations staff, supervisors, cleaners, and clients.
- Monitor employee attendance, deployment, and availability at different sites.
- Prepare daily operational updates and reports for management.
- Follow up on site requirements, issues, service quality, staff replacements, and urgent manpower needs.
- Maintain employee, site, and operational records.
Client Communication
- Communicate with clients about service schedules, requirements, and feedback.
- Receive and coordinate client complaints through resolution.
