- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors
- Negotiate offers and close sales and leasing transactions
- Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and industry developments
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, and necessary documentation
- Achieve individual sales and leasing targets set by the company
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
- Valid driving license
- Own vehicle is mandatory
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Advisor to join our growing real estate team.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the local property market.
- Candidates must possess a valid driving license and own a car.
