- Build and maintain a portfolio of commercial properties for lease
- Source new listings through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients
- Negotiate lease agreements between landlords and tenants
- Build strong relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients
- Advise clients on current market trends, rental values, and investment opportunities
- Coordinate with property owners and tenants throughout the leasing process
- Achieve monthly leasing targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of commercial real estate leasing experience in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar commercial property market
- Valid Qatar Driving License
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Professional appearance and customer focused attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Overview
