About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Manage sales projects from initial inquiry through successful completion
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and project quotations
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and clients
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction
- Support the successful execution of product launches, installations, and strategic initiatives
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Prepare sales forecasts, project reports, and regular updates for management
- Represent Moka & Co professionally during meetings, presentations, site visits, and project activities
Requirements
- Valid QID with Transferable Visa
- Qatar Driving License
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Proven experience in sales and project management, preferably within F&B, hospitality, equipment, or retail sectors
- Strong leadership, negotiation, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Good command of English and Arabic
- Proficiency in project planning, reporting, and CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Ready to join immediately

Job Overview
- Moka & Co is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Project Manager to join our growing team.
- We specialize in premium coffee products, professional coffee machines, syrups, beverage ingredients, ice cream bases, and complete coffee system solutions.
Your Role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
