Job Overview

  • Moka & Co is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Project Manager to join our growing team.
  • We specialize in premium coffee products, professional coffee machines, syrups, beverage ingredients, ice cream bases, and complete coffee system solutions.

Your Role

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Manage sales projects from initial inquiry through successful completion
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals and project quotations
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and clients
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction
  • Support the successful execution of product launches, installations, and strategic initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Prepare sales forecasts, project reports, and regular updates for management
  • Represent Moka & Co professionally during meetings, presentations, site visits, and project activities

Requirements

  • Valid QID with Transferable Visa
  • Qatar Driving License (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and project management, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, equipment, or retail sectors
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Good command of English and Arabic
  • Proficiency in project planning, reporting, and CRM tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Ready to join immediately
