- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular management updates
- Manage customer projects from quotation to successful completion
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, International Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or project coordination
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer projects
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid Qatari driving licence is preferred

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.

- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular management updates.
- Manage customer projects from quotation, order confirmation, delivery, installation, and successful completion.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure projects are executed on schedule.
- Monitor project timelines and customer requirements to ensure commitments are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or project coordination.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully managing customer projects.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Valid Qatari driving licence is preferred.
