Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's annual digital marketing plan, covering PPC, SEO, Social Media, Affiliates, and Display/Retargeting
- Design and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns aligned with the company's overall marketing strategy
- Create engaging digital content that drives customer engagement and strengthens the company's online presence
- Implement strategies to increase website traffic through effective SEO and PPC practices
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive social media policy and framework
- Manage and moderate all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and others
- Oversee the digital marketing budget and allocate spending across channels to maximize performance
- Produce regular digital performance dashboards and reports for management
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts
- Design and create marketing materials, digital content, and social media posts
Requirements
- Proven 3 years experience managing the digital marketing function within an organization
- Strong track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Experience using content management systems (CMS)
- Solid understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
