- Implement rigorous sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Consistently track sales based on business opportunities, leads and quotations, actively involved in purchasing process from start to finish.
- Develop and strengthen customer relationships by building trust and credibility.
- Monitor and update on competitor positioning, pricing movements, and listings.
- Partner with cross functional teams to support launches, including pre launch and post launch activities.
- Effectively communicate product information to build customers' confidence and adoption.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences or related field.
- 2 5 years of pharmaceutical / oncology sales experience.
- Good network and relationship with doctors, hospitals, and distributors.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Able to travel domestically as necessary.
