Sales Operations & Support Senior Analyst

Brief Job Description

• The position requires you to support the sales activities and contribute to improve the sales process.
• The main responsibilities of this role are sales support, CRM (OSC) management and sales performance reporting.
• As an integral part of the Sales Organization, you will be required to engage with your sales colleagues, Application Engineers, Project managers, Legal and Finance department heads.
• Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:
• (This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role)
• Daily update on Oracle Sales Cloud (e.g. quotation vs. OSC registered details).
• Preparing of Weekly and Monthly Sales report extracted from Oracle Sales Cloud.
• Preparing of draft for PO acknowledgment (complete with Project name, PO ref. numbers, Project values, etc.)
• Assisting in arranging of Prequalification/ Technical Submittal (Test Cert., BOQ from Quotation, etc.)
• Assisting in filing job (quotations, test certificates- both soft and hard copies).
• Become fully conversant with products and the Vertiv sales process.
• Continue improvement initiatives on the process.
• Order processing
• Once customer PO is received, collect all information and relevant documentations for the customer's order and your associated quotation.
• Ensure each order is in line with the Vertiv sales order process.

Required And Minimum Qualifications

• Personality oriented towards working in a team setting and supporting your colleagues.
• Previous experience within a client/team co-ordination role.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relation building.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Highly competent user of Microsoft 360 suite, incl. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Highly skilled in using Configure One (C1) and Oracle Sales Cloud.
• Solid analytical skills and excel capabilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of operating with various departments and personnel.
• Flexible attitude to activities outside specific job function.
• Ability to operate autonomously or as a team member
• Customer orientated.
• Language Skills: English.
