Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Sales & Operations Manager
based in Dubai, responsible for leading a high-volume field operation across the UAE.
• Manage 5 Assistant Operations Managers
- Oversee \~190 salesmen and sales helpers
- Lead cash van operations (delivery/logistics + direct sales)
- Take full ownership of fleet management and cash operations
- Drive performance, efficiency, and operational control across the UAE
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Operations Management and analytical skills
- Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver results
- Experience in customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and operational systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- Experience in FMCG, food, or manufacturing is a plus
