Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, and logistic distribution.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to meet demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation planning, route optimization, and third-party logistics (3PL) management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Finance teams to align demand planning, supply forecasting, and replenishment strategies.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement, quality compliance, and cost effectiveness.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and KPIs to identify gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company policies in all logistics and warehouse operations.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, forecasting tools).
- Handle crisis management and contingency planning to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- 5–8+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics management, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
- Proven experience in inventory management, demand planning, and logistics optimization in UAE/GCC markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
