The Sales Operations Coordinator serves as the administrative and operational engine for the sales organization. This role owns end-to-end user provisioning, 1099 compliance workflows, sales housing/apparel logistics, and event coordination, keeping sales leaders and representatives fully supported across all markets.
Key Responsibilities
Systems & Software Administration
Manage user provisioning and access permissions across all sales software platforms (onboarding & offboarding).
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales systems and administrative workflows.
Contractor Onboarding & Compliance
Manage 1099 contractor paperwork, W-9 collection, and compliance tracking in coordination with HR/Payroll.
Run structured onboarding/offboarding checklists for all incoming and departing sales representatives.
Order sales uniforms, apparel, and official ID badges for field reps.
Housing & Vendor Program Management
Execute housing SOPs: coordinate apartment lease setups, utility billing, and vendor communication.
Process housing invoices, track property allocations, and audit monthly expense variance.
Event & Recruitment Logistics
Coordinate logistics for recruitment events, sales blitzes, and incentive trips (vendor outreach, flight/lodging tracking, flyers, and itineraries).
Track budgets, invoice approvals, and team milestone recognitions (birthdays, top sales achievements).
Qualifications & Requirements
2-4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Project Coordination, or Administrative Support for fast-paced sales teams.
Demonstrated experience managing software user access, onboarding workflows, and vendor logistics.
Working knowledge of 1099 contractor paperwork and sales administrative coordination.
High proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; highly organized with strict attention to detail.
Ability to work full-time during US business hours.
