Role Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst will own sales lead data quality and ensure the accuracy, cleanliness, and completeness of the lead pipeline before handoff to the Sales team.
The role improves lead quality and sales productivity by ensuring that only verified opportunities are ready for outreach.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Validate and clean large lead datasets from internal and external sources.
- Remove duplicate, invalid, or outdated records and make timely CRM updates.
- Conduct periodic CRM hygiene checks and help maintain lead data quality.
- Support the commercial team with ad hoc productivity, data enrichment, and customer experience requests.
- Provide basic reporting on lead pool quality and validation status.
Requirements
- Candidates must be based in Dubai.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and an analytical mindset are required.
- Candidates should be structured, organized, and process-driven.
- Candidates must be comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas and data manipulation.
- Candidates should be able to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
- Fluency in English is required.
