Overview

The Sales Officer is responsible for generating business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.

This role involves conducting sales calls, identifying client needs, presenting suitable products or services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote company products and services
  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls professionally and effectively
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions
  • Generate leads and follow up on potential business opportunities
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports as required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of client requirements
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support in a timely manner
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, telesales, or customer relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
