- Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and follow up on payments when required
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving client concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate business and financial records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English is required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Overview
