Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell bank credit cards to prospective customers.
- Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, and other channels.
- Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, fees, and offers.
- Achieve monthly and individual sales targets.
- Build customer relationships and convert leads into successful applications.
- Collect and verify customer information and documents under bank policies.
- Complete applications accurately and submit them within required timelines.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and applications.
- Coordinate with bank teams on application status and customer queries.
- Follow banking regulations, sales procedures, and company policies.
- Provide customer service and resolve basic customer concerns.
- Stay updated on credit card products, promotions, and market developments.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of banking experience in the UAE or home country is required.
- Credit card, banking, financial product, or direct sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A target-oriented approach and motivation to achieve sales goals are required.
- Good customer-handling and negotiation skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
- Candidates available in the UAE or overseas may apply.
Pay
- Pay is listed as AED 2,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
- A structured salary field separately lists AED 2,000 per month.
