Job Requirements

- Strong experience in interior design, fit-out, and joinery projects.
- Proven experience managing joinery production and workshop operations.
- Ability to manage production teams and manpower effectively.
- Good knowledge of joinery materials, machinery, and production processes.
- Ability to plan and monitor production schedules and deadlines.
- Strong focus on quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with design, project, procurement, and site teams.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE experience in joinery or fit-out is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is mandatory.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 10,000–12,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
