Role Overview
Expedite Pro Documents Services is seeking five experienced Planning Engineers for Interior Fit-Out projects in Dubai.
The role focuses on project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, resource coordination, and delay management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules, baseline programmes, look-ahead programmes, and progress updates.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, critical activities, delays, and schedule deviations.
- Coordinate with project, site, design, procurement, quantity surveying, and subcontractor teams.
- Monitor material approvals, procurement, fabrication, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify delays, recommend corrective actions, and prepare recovery or revised programmes.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and other resources against project requirements.
- Coordinate Interior Fit-Out, joinery, MEP, and finishing activities.
- Assist with delay analysis, Extension of Time claims, and planning documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Interior Fit-Out projects.
- Interior Fit-Out experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and site execution.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- UAE Interior Fit-Out experience is highly preferred.
- Candidates must be available to join within one week.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.

Compensation
- Salary is AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
