Sales Officer – Cylinder Plant Business

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in the Flexible Packaging industry.
• Promote and sell Roto-Gravure Cylinders manufactured at the Cylinder Plant to packaging companies and converters.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, customer reports, and market analysis to management.
• Execute targeted market and sales strategies to achieve assigned business objectives.
• Coordinate closely with the Cylinder Plant’s production, engraving, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality performance.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in cylinder manufacturing and flexible packaging.
• Regularly visit clients and the plant to align customer requirements with production capabilities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the plant’s products and services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Printing Technology.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Cylinder Manufacturing or Flexible Packaging Division.
• Technical Expertise:
• Deep understanding of Cylinder Manufacturing Processes, Engraving Technologies, and Plant Operations.
• Strong technical aptitude to explain product specifications and production capabilities to customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and market research abilities.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
