Sales Officer

Role Overview

Location and Work Arrangement

• The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
• Work location is in person and includes regular customer and market visits.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales experience is required; fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in food and beverage, food manufacturing, FMCG, or a related industry is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• UAE sales experience is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, customer relationship, interpersonal, follow-up, and time-management skills are required.
• Candidates should be able to generate leads, develop new customers, and work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
• Knowledge of the Dubai or UAE market is advantageous.
• A target-oriented, self-motivated, and hardworking approach is expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and sell company products to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits and market visits.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries.
• Follow up on sales orders, deliveries, customer requirements, payments, and outstanding balances when required.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Collect market information and identify new business opportunities.
• Handle customer queries and complaints and coordinate timely resolution.
• Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.

Compensation

• Salary is AED 2,000–2,500 per month, depending on experience and skills.
