Role Overview
Artisan Gourmet Foodstuf Trading L.L.C is hiring an Inventory Controller and Storekeeper.
The main focus is inventory data analysis, tracking, and reporting, along with effective management of store operations.
Salary Package
- The salary is AED 2,000–2,500 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze inventory data for trends, discrepancies, shortages, variances, and slow-moving items.
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and monitor stock movements.
- Prepare inventory reports and data analysis for management.
- Track stock levels, consumption patterns, and inventory variances.
- Compare physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain Excel reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Manage receiving, issuing, transfers, and returns.
- Conduct stock counts and accurate reconciliation.
- Maintain inventory documentation and records.
- Coordinate inventory requirements and stock availability with relevant departments.
Key Requirements
- Excellent proficiency in data analysis and inventory tracking is essential.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with inventory management systems and ERP.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Controller, Storekeeper, or in a similar role.
- Ability to manage large volumes of inventory data accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person in the UAE.
