Hiring Overview
The employer is hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant or Accounts Executive.
The listed location is UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
- Assist with VAT-related documentation and compliance.
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding accounts-related matters.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Accounts Executive or Accountant.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT requirements.
- Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Salary
- Salary is AED 2,000–2,500 per month.
