Sales Officer

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the designated region.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
• Establish, build, and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals according to company policies.
• Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and monitor progress toward targets.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Coordinate with marketing and customer service to support delivery and client satisfaction.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events to network and promote company offerings.

Required qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably two to three years in perfume sales.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Arabic and English language skills are preferred.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant perfume products is preferred.
• A strong network within the UAE business community is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
